With her diverse travel portfolio and hands-on experience, Ragan is here to plan and curate the perfect trip for her clients. She has created a variety of services to cater to each client’s specific needs, and she is looking forward to working together to create a unique travel experience for each client. 

 

Hotel Booking Only 

You’ve already done the research, and know exactly where you want to stay —but you are looking for a little VIP treatment during your travels. Ragan will book your hotel for you, and you will receive all of the benefits she receives with her partners (i.e., daily breakfast, upgrades, hotel credit, etc). 

Fee: Complimentary

 

Foundation Travel Plan 

Set the foundation of your trip with the love and knowledge from Ragan’s diverse travel portfolio. She will research and present destinations and hotels based on your travel preferences. Once the location and hotel are selected, she will then coordinate and book logistics for the trip such as hotel bookings, transfers, and car rentals. You will also receive all of the benefits from her partners (i.e., daily breakfast, upgrades, hotel credit, etc). 

Fee: $350 per trip for 1-5 travelers

*price may increase according to the length of travel, number of travelers and the complexity of the trip design

 

Custom Travel Plan

 Experience a new adventure through travel while Ragan handles all of the details of your trip! This service is ideal for clients who don’t want to waste precious vacation time figuring out what to do or coordinating with restaurants, activity vendors, and hotel staff. Once a decision is made on the destination and the hotel, Ragan will then present a detailed itinerary for your trip full of activities, restaurants and more based on your travel preferences. She then will help to coordinate and book all logistics such as hotel bookings, dining reservations, activities and excursions, spa appointments, transfers, and car rentals. You will also receive all of the benefits from her partners (i.e., daily breakfast, upgrades, hotel credit, etc). 

Fee: $500 per trip for 1-5 travelers
